There are 50 distinct tasks, evidence requests and planning activities at this stage which are focused on the future commercial function of the Protégé Company.
It is at this stage the technical roadmap and delivery roadmap are clarified, the key milestones for delivery and associated KPI’s against which future funding rounds will be released are clearly identified and approved.
